Abstract Chemiluminescence imaging has become a promising optical method because of its advantages such as no excitation source and minimal background autofluorescence. However, chemiluminescent nanosensors with second near‐infrared (NIR‐II) window emission are rarely reported. Here, NIR‐II chemiluminescence nanosensor OLBB‐CLS is designed by adopting the CRET (chemiluminescence resonance energy transfer) – FRET (fluorescent combined strategy, which consists OFBTL, BTD540‐C 8 , BBTD725‐C DSPE‐PEG 2000 . conjugated oligomer D‐A‐D (donor‐acceptor‐donor) molecular structure, acts probe 1 O 2 donor CRET. an receptor FRET, can absorb transfer to molecule thus producing fluorescence. Notably, there great overlap between spectrum OFBTL absorption enabling efficient them. Also, excellent occurs allowing effective FRET. The demonstrates remarkable biosafety achieve in vivo for ROS‐related disease high signal‐to‐noise ratio. This study paves way design probes imaging.
