Abstract Spiro‐OMeTAD is widely recognized as the most effective hole transport layer (HTL) for n‐i‐p perovskite solar cells (PSCs), which typically requires doping with LiTFSI to overcome its low inherent conductivity. However, takes a prolonged oxidation (≈24 h) in an ambient atmosphere, hindering commercial development. Moreover, aggregation of leads poor conductivity and accelerated degradation HTL, are often ignored. This study introduces long‐chain ionic liquid 1‐octyl‐3‐methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide (OMIMTFSI) multifunctional additive mitigate promote simultaneously. The strong electrostatic interactions between OMIM + LiTFSI, coupled dispersion effect chlorobenzene, effectively hamper beneficial uniform enhanced also facilitates rapid by attracting lone pair electrons from triphenylamine group. As result, power conversion efficiency PSCs processed air significantly improved 21.48% 24.04% stability, maintaining over 80% initial values after storing 1360 h or under light heat treatment 500 h. strategy provides valuable insights designing lithium salt‐doped efficient stable PSCs.
