Additive manufacturing (AM) has gained significant attention in recent years owing to its ability fabricate intricate shapes and structures that are often challenging or unattainable using conventional techniques. This high-quality development trend entails higher requirements for the structural design of 3D printers. In this study, polylactic acid (PLA) acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) filaments were fed through a heated extrusion nozzle, which melted material deposited it onto build platform. study's objectives high-gravitational (HG-MEX) systems development, analyzing high gravity influences on flow behavior materials during extrusion, understanding effects gravitational overall performance. HG-MEX have great potential addressing various challenges additive manufacturing, such as precise manufacturing. The highlight progress is we developed an system applied surface science different gravity. We established obtained results gravity, analyzed analogy between phenomena. interplay fabricated parts processes. confirmed characteristics feasibility system. suggest line operating under 15 G conditions resulted better printing quality compared one 1 conditions. observation implies had positive effect process, leading improved
