Abstract Microwave‐absorbing materials are widely used for electromagnetic interference shielding and stealth technology. However, most existing heavy, rigid, expensive, limiting their practical applications. Therefore, there is a need to develop new that flexible, lightweight, cost effective. This study aimed synthesize characterize novel ternary composite material based on polyaniline (PAni), carbon nanotubes (CNTs), graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs) in an ethylene‐vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer matrix. PAni‐based composites were prepared by situ polymerization of aniline toluene dispersion CNT/GNP hybrids EVA. The microwave absorption properties evaluated using vector network analyzer the frequency range 8.2–18 GHz. presence as little 0.8 wt% hybrid with appropriate mass ratio increased conductivity more than four orders magnitude compared EVA@PAni blend. minimum reflection loss corresponded −40.55 dB at 16.31 GHz system containing = 0.3:0.7, whereas those 0.0:1.0 0.7:0.3 presented widest effective bandwidths (RL < −10 dB), covering almost entire Ku‐band.
