The normal development and growth of bones are critical for poultry health. With the rapid increase in rates achieved over last few decades, juvenile meat-type exhibit a high incidence leg weakness lameness. These issues significant contributors to poor animal welfare substantial economic losses. Understanding potential etiology bone problems will aid developing treatments diseases. gut microbiota represents largest micro-ecosystem animals is closely related many metabolic disorders, including disease. It achieves this by secreting secondary metabolites coordinating with various tissues organs through circulatory system, which leads concept gut–X axis. Given its importance, modulating influence axis presents new opportunities understanding innovative therapeutic approaches In light extensive literature on topic, review focuses effects density strength poultry, both directly indirectly, regulation Our aim provide scientific insights into health faced poultry.

Abstract The current experiment was conducted in poultry farm belongs to Animal production department/Faculty of Agriculture/University Kufa from November /10/2023 until December /15/2023. To study the effect partial replacement barley soaked alone water or without enzymes instead corn on productive performance broiler chickens. Using 300 chicks Ross 308 unsexed, one day old, with an average initial weight 44 g, It purchased. Al-Sharq Hatchery Babylon Governorate. were distributed randomly for five treatments three replicates each treatment where included 60 20 replicate through a period 35 days. Treatments divided as follows: T1: Control (Basal Ration), T2: Replacement by 50%, T3: T4: 50% addition feed soaking, T5: 50%. fed starter diet 1-10 days age, grower 11-24 and finisher 25-35 age. data studied characteristics analyzed using completely randomized design, significance differences between tested Duncan test at probability level 0.05. Statistical program (SAS) used statistical analysis. most important results obtained following: There no significant relative Fabricius gland, number red blood cells, percentage hemoglobin triglycerides all experimental compared control treatment. also gland index except second treatment, which decreased significantly spleen fourth increased showed improvement fifth both total protein globulin characteristics, decrease cholesterol
