ABSTRACT Pizotifen maleate (PZM) is an anti‐migraine drug. Effective treatment requires accurate measurement of PZM levels in patients and constant medication concentrations tablets. This paper presents a new spectrofluorimetric approach for detecting tablets human blood plasma (spiked with PZM). The detection mechanism depends on the inhibition molecule's photoinduced electron transfer (PET), resulting bright fluorescent intensity from PZM. Acetic acid (2.0 M) acidifies reaction environment causes PET inhibition. detects at ranging 100 to 700 ng mL −1 . Furthermore, has outstanding quantification limits 30.95 93.78 , respectively. Also, accurately measured content homogeneity each tablet spiked samples without any interference. strategy represents sensitive method monitoring different samples. established fluorimetric method's greenness was evaluated.

ABSTRACT A rapid, facile, and green spectrofluorometric method was developed for the concurrent precise estimation of itraconazole ibuprofen. The involved use Tween‐80 micelle as a sample matrix efficient assay analytes interest. Besides greenness Tween‐80, it significantly enhanced native fluorescence by about 450%. measurements studied were conducted in 1% micellar medium at 370 nm 288 ibuprofen, following an excitation 260 both drugs. fluorescent intensity–concentration relationships drugs linear within concentration ranges 30–400 ng mL −1 300–5000 showing high correlation coefficient values. exhibited precision, with quantitation limits 13.3 260.6 Successful application to commercial tablet formulations demonstrated method's accuracy sensitivity. Validation per ICH guidelines confirmed its effectiveness quantifying spiked human plasma, achieving recovery rates. Furthermore, evaluation environmental impact using GAPI analytical Eco‐Scale metrics eco‐friendliness.

A combination of methocarbamol and aspirin is commonly used for the treatment acute musculoskeletal pain, such as low back neck pain. Simultaneous analysis these analytes in dosage forms biofluids using rapid, sensitive, selective methods would be highly beneficial. Herein, we report first direct, label-free spectrofluorometric method simultaneously quantifying (MET) (ASP) coformulated tablets spiked human urine. The utilizes excitation at 274 nm with independent emission detection 300 MET 402 ASP, methanol diluting solvent. assay was rectilinear over ranges 0.10-0.80 μg/mL 0.05-0.50 ASP limits 14.9 10.6 ng/mL respectively. validated compliance ICH regulations. approach applied efficiently to both their urine high % recoveries (98%-103%) RSD (1.7%-3.3%). In addition, sustainability practicality developed were assessed RGB-12 whiteness algorithm, indicating method. method's greenness also confirmed three metrics that showed excellent eco-friendliness
