ABSTRACT Numerous issues and concerns are associated with current cancer therapeutics, such as multidrug resistance tumors, drug toxicity, severe side effects, financial burden. Phytocompounds from plants have garnered significant interest alternatives adjunct therapies to mitigate these effects owing their safety, efficacy, cost‐effectiveness. As demonstrated by a number of preclinical clinical investigations, phytocompounds combinations doxorubicin mediate anticancer modulating multiple signaling pathways linked immune system mobilization, apoptosis promotion, inhibition excessive cellular proliferation. However, continue encounter challenges related inadequate bioavailability, pharmacokinetics, metabolism. To address challenges, the utilization different types nanoparticles has become in nanomedicine for targeted delivery, enhancing retention time, reducing toxicity. This field study showcases remarkable amalgamation nanotechnology chemo‐drugs (doxorubicin). Thus, this review focuses on recent developments nanocarriers based delivery systems, particularly those intended simultaneous chemotherapy medicines, synthesizing existing knowledge filling research gaps. also discussed combined therapy chemotherapeutic drugs other nanotechnology‐based carriers treatment.

This research explored the potential of plant antimicrobial compounds as natural alternatives to synthetic antimicrobials in food and pharmaceutical industries, emphasizing urgent need combat resistance. It detailed various mechanisms by which these plant-derived inhibit microbial growth, including disrupting cell membrane integrity, impeding wall protein synthesis, preventing biofilm formation, ultimately leading bacterial death. study highlighted specific effects on cells, such inhibiting cellular respiration, motility, while also modulating oxygen consumption reactive species generation, are vital addressing biofilm-mediated infections. Additionally, can regulate expression virulence factors efflux pumps, enhancing antibiotic efficacy. A bibliometric analysis revealed a growing trend output international collaboration, particularly from China United States, with key journals “Frontiers Microbiology” “Antimicrobial Agents Chemotherapy.” The identified six clusters related research, underscoring for further investigation into applications bioactive compounds. In conclusion, understanding action is important their effective application combating
