ABSTRACT As the dual transition toward a circular economy (CE) and digitalization becomes global megatrend, intersection between CE practices digital technologies (DTs) has attracted significant attention. A key unresolved question is whether how digital‐enabled lead to greater financial benefits for firms. To answer this question, study investigates 7235 European firms assess joint implementation of DTs enhances firms' performance, drawing on resource orchestration theory. Our findings reveal that while each boost performance individually, their combination leads significantly gains. Using quantile regression model, we found amplify impact practices, particularly with superior performance. Moreover, when pursue multiple circularity objectives, interaction even more pronounced in elevating In conclusion, indicate strategically integrate could achieve better environmental outcomes, thereby enhancing competitiveness sustainability.
