Purpose
Drawing
from
the
resource-based
view
and
social
information
processing
theory,
this
study
explores
role

green
servant
leadership
on
organizational
performance

industry

Pakistan,

ABSTRACT
Prioritizing
greenness
in
new
product
development
(NPD)
has
been
an
integral
part
of
manufacturers'
strategic
choices
to
achieve
sustainable
goals.

research
aims
unravel

mechanisms

Small-
and
medium-sized
enterprises
(SMEs)
play
an
important
role
in
China’s
sustainable
development.
With
the
increasing
green
awareness
among
SMEs,
they
have
become
more
environmentally
conscious,
many
of
them
are
considering
utilization
materials
as
effective
method
to
reduce
environmental
impact.
At
same
time,
Chinese
SMEs
must
also
ensure
product
quality
when
deciding
utilize
materials.
Based
on
management
theory,
we
developed
a
model
empirically
explore
impact
training
standards
by
SMEs.

exploratory
case
study
with
four
