In the digital transformation era, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices increasingly shape customers' behavior (CB) toward brands, serving as frameworks that not only correspond with consumer values but also impact their trust, loyalty, engagement companies. However, prior studies have extensively investigated this issue. Hence, study, based on stakeholder theory, seeks to examine effect of ESG CB brands under moderating DT. To end, data was collected from 306 students Yemeni universities via an online questionnaire analyzed using PLS-SEM SmartPLS software. The results showed a direct relationship between CB. Specifically, environmental dimension had strongest CB, followed by social dimension. found DT moderates in contrast, or is significant.

Purpose This paper aims to systematically review the managerial literature on Industry 4.0 (I4.0) in emerging markets (EMs) through bibliometric analyses identify incipient research streams and gaps recommend avenues for future research. Design/methodology/approach uses bibliographic coupling analysis (BCA) obtain a comprehensive view of intellectual contours within addressed literature. The primary source utilised is Web Science database. A total 345 peer-reviewed journal articles were retrieved. Complementing BCA, we use social network content study resulting clusters. Findings results reveal four thematic clusters: (1) Adoption I4.0 EMs; (2) impact organisational aspects financial performance companies supply chains (3) I4.0, lean management operational EMs (4) development sustainable practices EMs. We supplement these with proposal different research, both general specific, each identified cluster. This paper evaluates Turkish manufacturing managers' perceptions regarding the impact of Industry 4.0 and circular economy on seeking excellence in operational processes.
