ABSTRACT
In
today's
rapidly
transforming
world,
a
leader's
digital
capabilities
have
become
crucial
for
firms
to
achieve
better
performance.
This
study
examines

influence
of
leadership

Abstract
Small
and
medium
enterprises
(SMEs)
are
often
resource-constrained
motivated
by
