ABSTRACT Corporate social responsibility (CSR) leadership is increasingly recognized as a critical enabler of sustainable development, particularly within the context organizational transformation. By fostering learning and leveraging technological innovation, CSR facilitates development outcomes (SDOs). This study examines multifaceted role in advancing SDOs, emphasizing mediating influence green (OGL) moderating adoption (GTA). Grounded stakeholder theory theory, research employs time‐lagged survey design involving 417 employees from diverse sectors Chinese manufacturing firms. The findings underscore that significantly enhances OGL by cultivating resource integration environmental adaptability, which are pivotal achieving SDOs. Developing Sustainable Leadership Practices in Saudi Arabian Universities: A Comparative Study between Public and National Universities DOI Creative Commons

This study examines sustainable leadership practices in Saudi Arabian universities, comparing public and national universities. A mixed-methods approach was employed, utilizing a questionnaire administered to 235 academic leaders (160 from universities 75 universities) semi-structured interviews with 8 university vice presidents deputies. The research identified key assessed their prevalence both types of Findings revealed that overall were at medium level (M=3.61, SD=0.57) high (M=3.80, SD=0.50). Environmental contribution emerged as the top responsible factor sectors, while innovation creativity stood least factor. Significant differences found between most dimensions, favoring there no significant difference social responsibility environmental made by categories out following strategies can build up, practice leadership, sectors recognized importance training programs performance evaluation standards.
