ESG Implementations, Green Process Innovation, and Social Performance in Vietnamese Manufacturing Firms: Proactive Environmental Strategy and Green Absorptive Capacity as Moderators

ABSTRACT This study evaluates the direct and indirect effects of environmental, social, governance (ESG) implementations on green process innovation (GPCI) social performance (SCP) in Vietnamese manufacturing firms, respectively. Exploring moderating role proactive environmental strategy (PES) absorptive capacity (GAC) impact ESG GPCI are next objectives. These investigations supported by legitimacy theory dynamic capability theory. Through survey method, data collected from 205 managers' responses were analyzed partial least squares structural equation modeling. The results show important contributions. The utilization of resources plays a crucial role in mitigating the environmental pollution issue that improper disposal construction and demolition waste (CDW) causes. Green creativity and business sustainability: the influence of dynamic capabilities, technology adoption, business strategies and knowledge management

Purpose The increasing global emphasis on environmental sustainability necessitates a better understanding of the antecedents green creativity (GC) and business (BSE). However, research this topic is limited, these have not been examined holistically. Considering gap, in study, we interconnected roles dynamic capabilities (GDC), technology adoption (GTA), strategies (GBS) knowledge management (GKM) influencing GC BSE. Design/methodology/approach We collected data through surveys applied to 874 companies operating manufacturing service sectors Turkey analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Findings study shows that GDC positively influence GBS, GKM.
