Purpose Drawing upon the natural resource-based view (NRBV) and social cognitive theory (SCT), present study explores role of green learning orientation (GLO) creativity (GC) as a mediating variable in relationship between transformational leadership (GTL) innovation (GI) Italian hotel industry. The research further assesses environmental performance (EP) corporate image (CGI) resultant factor GI. Design/methodology/approach Two studies were conducted Italy to evaluate theoretical models with workers lodging Study 1 employed three-wave, two-week time-lagged design total sample size 303. 2 utilized two-wave (four-week apart) design, 349 participants using structural equation modeling. Findings findings emphasize that enhancement employees’ GLO GC can be facilitated by providing GTL. This, turn, may lead GI, which improves EP CGI hotel. Originality/value comprehensively analyzes previously unexamined relationships employee-driven factors associated GC. These are essential for promoting GI through GTL, ultimately enhancing CGI. Therefore, it contributes explaining unexplored employee organizational unified model, utilizing data, understanding how organizations elevate CGI, particularly within hospitality sector.

ABSTRACT This study evaluates the direct and indirect effects of environmental, social, governance (ESG) implementations on green process innovation (GPCI) social performance (SCP) in Vietnamese manufacturing firms, respectively. Exploring moderating role proactive environmental strategy (PES) absorptive capacity (GAC) impact ESG GPCI are next objectives. These investigations supported by legitimacy theory dynamic capability theory. Through survey method, data collected from 205 managers' responses were analyzed partial least squares structural equation modeling. The results show important contributions. First, have a positive GPCI. Second, is driving force behind SCP. Third, an influence SCP through Fourth, positively moderated GAC PES. Further analysis shows that three‐way interaction (ESG × PES GAC) enhances Therefore, above fully support theory, thus they provide highly theoretical contributions managerial implications.

Green development represents a critical pathway to achieving high-quality growth. From regional perspective, examining the impact of integration on urban green economic holds significant importance. This study leverages quasi-natural experiment strategy implementation, utilizing unbalanced panel data from China’s ten major agglomerations and non-agglomeration cities 2003 2022. Employing multi-period difference-in-difference approach, we empirically assess policy effects strategies development. We further analyze heterogeneity in terms geographic areas, agglomeration scales, driving models under study. Lastly, use moderating effect model explore mechanisms through which The research results are helpful for promoting economy strategy.

The utilization of resources plays a crucial role in mitigating the environmental pollution issue that improper disposal construction and demolition waste (CDW) causes. However, slow growth recycled building materials market limits development CDW resource utilization. Green value co-creation among remanufacturers, enterprises, public projects is an effective way to address issue. This study, based on theory co-creation, uses evolutionary game method construct model for projects. main conclusions are as follows: (1) When degree green 0.1 or 0.5, remanufacturer, enterprise, cannot maintain state co-creation; when 0.9, project finally reach stable co-creation. Purpose The increasing global emphasis on environmental sustainability necessitates a better understanding of the antecedents green creativity (GC) and business (BSE). However, research this topic is limited, these have not been examined holistically. Considering gap, in study, we interconnected roles dynamic capabilities (GDC), technology adoption (GTA), strategies (GBS) knowledge management (GKM) influencing GC BSE. Design/methodology/approach We collected data through surveys applied to 874 companies operating manufacturing service sectors Turkey analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Findings study shows that GDC positively influence GBS, GKM. Additionally, GTA affects BSE GBS only impacts GC, while GKM influences Our mediation analysis results indicate mediates relationships between GDC–GTA GC. Furthermore, relationship Similarly, GC–BSE.
