Purpose Drawing upon the natural resource-based view (NRBV) and social cognitive theory (SCT), present study explores role of green learning orientation (GLO) creativity (GC) as a mediating variable in relationship between transformational leadership (GTL) innovation (GI) Italian hotel industry. The research further assesses environmental performance (EP) corporate image (CGI) resultant factor GI. Design/methodology/approach Two studies were conducted Italy to evaluate theoretical models with workers lodging Study 1 employed three-wave, two-week time-lagged design total sample size 303. 2 utilized two-wave (four-week apart) design, 349 participants using structural equation modeling. Findings findings emphasize that enhancement employees’ GLO GC can be facilitated by providing GTL. This, turn, may lead GI, which improves EP CGI hotel. Originality/value comprehensively analyzes previously unexamined relationships employee-driven factors associated GC. These are essential for promoting GI through GTL, ultimately enhancing CGI. Therefore, it contributes explaining unexplored employee organizational unified model, utilizing data, understanding how organizations elevate CGI, particularly within hospitality sector.

Abstract Green innovation is a popular and significant topic, defined as aimed at protecting the environment, conserving energy, promoting sustainability. Despite rapid growth of research in this field, comprehensive summaries remain scarce. This study addresses gap by identifying synthesizing key determinants influencing factors green manufacturing industry. Using systematic literature review, examines 90 articles published between 1971 2024, sourced from Scopus database, with most studies 2009 2024. The results indicate that multidimensional concept, its categorized into 10 clusters: organizational factors, industrial collaboration market environmental government policy technological corporate social responsibility (CSR) finance investment dynamic capability energy factors. Así, una producción más sustentable en empresas manufactureras garantiza protección al medio ambiente. Objetivo. Conocer beneficios económicos micros, pequeñas medianas (Mipymes) industria manufacturera implementar prácticas ecoinnovación. Analizar influencia Estrategia Empresarial Verde (EV) sobre Problema. Las deben proveer rendimiento económico a stakeholders vez que proteger el medioambiente incluir objetivos ambientales estratégicos. Metodología. Mipymes (sector automotriz, aeroespacial, electrónico, alimentos bebidas, textil, químico, acero metales, maquinaria equipos, dispositivos médicos) Aguascalientes, México fueron seleccionadas por su alta participación economía. Se eligió un nivel confianza del 95% margen error ±5%. encuestó 300 gerentes enero julio 2021, se utilizó escala tipo Likert. La técnica conllevó uso ecuaciones estructurales mínimos cuadrados parciales mediante programa PLS-SEM 3.2.9. Hallazgos Teóricos Prácticos. EV impacta ecoinnovación y, vez, estas influyen positivamente económicos. Al estratégico, resulta fácil lograr ganancias contribuyan desarrollo sostenible sector.
