Purpose
This
study
aims
to
examine

relationship
between
employee
development
practices
and
organizational
resilience,

In
order
to
achieve
environmental
sustainability
within
the
tourism
industry,
it
is
vital
understand
components
that
encourage
sports
tourists
behave
in
an
environmentally
friendly
way.
However,

mediating

of
attitudes
toward
sustainable
practices.
Employing
norm
activation
model
(NAM),
this
study
addressed

values,

participants

purposive
sampling

structural
equation
modeling
