In response to escalating environmental concerns and regulatory demands, this study investigates how circular economy entrepreneurship contributes sustainability-oriented business performance, with a focus on the mediating role of cleaner production moderating green government subsidies. Drawing institutional theory, research examines pressures shape firms’ adoption sustainable practices within Turkish manufacturing sector. A quantitative design was employed, using stratified random sampling collect data from 383 firms across various industries. Structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) used test proposed relationships. The results reveal that positively influences sustainability primarily through effect practices. Furthermore, subsidies strengthen impact both outcomes, underscoring importance policy support in enhancing effectiveness eco-entrepreneurial initiatives. Practically, provides actionable insights for managers policymakers seeking integrate into strategic planning, technological investment, design. By aligning entrepreneurial innovation incentives, can simultaneously achieve responsibility long-term competitive advantage.
