Introduction: Disaster counselling is a specialty within disaster management that related to the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG 3) and focuses on providing psychosocial support interventions individuals communities affected by natural man-made disasters. Objective: This field of study application aims mitigate psychological emotional consequences disasters SDGs survivors in coping with trauma, promoting resilience effective recovery. Method: conducts comprehensive bibliometric analysis global literature using Scopus database identify emerging trends, key contributors thematic advances counselling. A rigorous search methodology was used locate analyse relevant literature, assessing publication volume, authorship trends collaborative networks. Results Discission: The results indicates growing interest counselling, significant contributions from interdisciplinary teams different regions. Key themes identified include trauma recovery, building post-disaster mental health interventions. After several phases collecting refining textual data database, total 685 publications were identified, including 423 research articles published between 1955 2023. show number annual has increased significantly since 1989, reaching peak 31 2023, nearly 48% originating United States.
