In order to assess the interactions between process factors, experiments involving liquid-phase adsorption of cephalexin (CEX) onto silicon-coated iron nanoparticles (Fe 3 O 4 @SIO 2 ) were designed using Box-Behnken Design-Response surface methodology (BBD-RSM). Optimal circumstances used investigate synergistic influence on process’s efficiency. addition, data was test and fit an artificial neural network (ANN) model. Molecular-level DFT calculations CEX molecule carried out. The PW6B95D3/Def2-TZVP level theory build DFT-based descriptors for molecule. At 25°C, pH 5.83, 37.67 min, a dosage 0.8 g Fe 118.01 mg/L CEX, removal efficiency achieved maximum 99.01 percent. For example, we found that OH --- O, NH CH hydrogen bonds, π, π as well dipole-dipole could all be connect nanoparticles. There is strong correlation output target values acquired by BBD-RSM ANN fits. proved excellent tool eliminating CEX.

Water pollution is becoming a great concern at the global level due to highly polluted effluents, which are charged year by with increasing amounts of organic residues, dyes, pharmaceuticals and heavy metals. For some these pollutants, industrial treatment wastewater still relevant. Yet, in cases, such as pharmaceuticals, specific schemes urgently required. Therefore, present study describes synthesis evaluation promising cryostructured composite adsorbents based on chitosan containing native minerals two types reinforcement materials (functionalized kaolin synthetic silicate microparticles).
