Background Breast cancer patients often experience significant psychological challenges, particularly fear of recurrence (FCR), which is a prevalent and distressing concern following diagnosis. Materials methods A cohort 398 participated Be Resilient Cancer (BRBC) program May December 2023. Surveys were administered assess FCR, resilience, distress levels. Data analyzed using two approaches: latent profile analysis (LPA) identify distinct profiles moderation evaluate resilience. Results Three identified: low (27.5%), middle (53%), high (19.5%). Resilience significantly moderated association (B = 0.115, SE 0.046, P 0.014), but no was observed for Discussion The findings highlight patients, with substantial proportion experiencing moderate levels FCR. found buffer impact anxiety, suggesting that interventions aimed at enhancing could alleviate related this population. These results underscore importance incorporating resilience-focused strategies into therapies patients.
