Electrolytes are one of the most influential aspects determining efficiency electrochemical supercapacitors. Therefore, in this paper, we investigate effect introducing co-solvents ester into ethylene carbonate (EC). The use (EC) as an electrolyte for supercapacitors improves conductivity, properties, and stability, allowing greater energy storage capacity increased device durability. We synthesized extremely thin nanosheets niobium silver sulfide using a hydrothermal process mixed them with magnesium sulfate different wt% ratios to produce Mg(NbAgS)x)(SO4)y. synergistic MgSO4 NbS2 density supercapattery. Hybrid electric vehicles and portable electronic systems use supercapacitors for energy storage owing to their fast charging discharging rates, long life cycle, low maintenance. Specific capacitance is regarded as one of the most important performance-related characteristics a supercapacitor's electrode. In current study, Machine Learning (ML) algorithms were used determine impact various physicochemical properties carbon-based materials on capacitive performance double-layer capacitors. Published experimental datasets from 147 references (4899 data entries) extracted then train test ML models, relative importance electrode material features specific capacitance. These include density, pore volume, size, presence defects, potential window, surface area, oxygen, nitrogen content material. Additionally, categorical variables testing method, electrolyte, carbon structure electrodes are considered well. Among five applied regression an extreme gradient boosting model was found best correlate those with performance, highlighting that doping, window significant descriptors findings summarized in modular open-source application estimating given, only inputs, electrodes, electrolyte method. perspective, this work introduces new wide dataset literature, also giving instance how electrochemical technology can benefit models.
