Pyroptosis, defined as programmed cell death, results in the release of inflammatory mediators. Recent studies have revealed that pyroptosis plays essential roles antitumor immunity and immunotherapy efficacy. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are involved a variety biological behaviors tumor cells, although mechanisms lncRNAs rarely studied. Our study aimed to establish novel pyroptosis-related lncRNA signature forecasting tool for predicting prognosis ascertaining immune value. Based on lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) patients from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), we performed Pearson's correlation analysis identify lncRNAs. After differentially expressed gene univariate Cox regression analysis, selected prognosis-related Finally, multivariate three signature. Kaplan-Meier (KM) survival analyses receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves indicated excellent performance LUAD patients. At same time, applied multidimensional approaches further explore functional enrichment, microenvironment (TME) landscape, efficacy among different risk groups. A nomogram was constructed by integrating scores clinical characteristics, which validated using calibrations ROC curves. Three lncRNAs, namely, AC090559.1, AC034102.8, AC026355.2, were this used classify into low- high-risk Overall time (OS) higher low-risk group than group, also our cohort Shandong Provincial Hospital. Abstract Lung cancer stands as the most prevalent form of globally, posing a significant threat to human well-being. Due lack effective and accurate early diagnostic methods, many patients are diagnosed with advanced lung cancer. Although surgical resection is still potential means eradicating cancer, usually miss best chance for treatment, even after may experience tumor recurrence. Additionally, chemotherapy, mainstay treatment has be chemo-resistant, resulting in poor clinical outcomes. The emergence liquid biopsies garnered considerable attention owing their noninvasive nature ability continuous sampling. Technological advancements have propelled circulating cells (CTCs), DNA (ctDNA), extracellular vesicles (EVs), metabolites, tumor-educated platelets (TEPs), tumor-associated antigens (TAA) forefront key biopsy biomarkers, demonstrating intriguing encouraging results diagnosis prognostic evaluation This review provides an overview molecular biomarkers assays utilized encompassing CTCs, ctDNA, non-coding RNA (ncRNA), EVs, TAAs TEPs. Furthermore, we expound on practical applications biopsies, including diagnosis, response monitoring, evaluation, recurrence monitoring context

Abstract Lung cancer remains a major threat to human health. Low dose CT scan (LDCT) has become the main method of early screening for lung due low sensitivity chest X‐ray. However, LDCT not only high false positive rate, but also entails risks overdiagnosis and cumulative radiation exposure. In addition, by subsequent follow‐up can increase risk cancer. Many studies have shown that long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) remain stable in blood, profiling blood advantages being noninvasive, readily accessible inexpensive. Serum or plasma assay lncRNAs be used as novel detection assist while improving accuracy screening. LncRNAs participate regulation various biological processes. A large number researches reported are key regulators involved progression cancers through multiple action models. Abstract Lung cancer has been one of the leading causes cancer-related death worldwide, and non-small-cell lung (NSCLC) accounts for majority morbidity, yet pathogenesis NSCLC not fully elucidated. Recently, long-chain non-coding RNA (lncRNA) attracted widespread attention. LncRNA is a type whose transcript length exceeds 200 nucleotides. After constant research, academics updated their understanding lncRNA, especially its role in biological processes cells, including epigenetic regulation, cell proliferation, differentiation. Notably, examination lncRNAs could serve as potential hallmarks clinicopathological features, long-term prognosis, drug sensitivity. Therefore, it necessary to explore functions lncRNA innovate strategies against based on lncRNA-related research. Herein, we reviewed occurrence, diagnosis, treatment, prognosis NSCLC, which only help promote comprehensive view but also shed light lncRNA-based diagnosis treatment NSCLC.

Expression profiles of mRNAs lncRNAs LUAD clinical data were downloaded from the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) using R software differentially expressed (DEGs) N0 N + status. TargetScan, miRTarBase, miRDB databases used interactions between miRNAs mRNAs. The DIANA database lncBase tool find association lncRNA miRNA. After selecting some genes, expression candidate was confirmed by real-time RT-PCR technique. Following knockdown LINC00894 gene shRNA technique, its effect invasion, migration, apoptosis in calu-3 cell line investigated. In total, we found 321 DEGs not only vs. normal but also Vs.
