ABSTRACT
Background
Exosomes
are
nanoscale
vesicles
derived
from
various
cell
types
and
tissues
that
have
many
potential
applications,
generating
great
interest
researchers.
One
particularly
intriguing
application
of
exosomes
is
their
use
as
a
direct
therapeutic
for
aesthetic
indications.
Several
studies
case
reports
explored
the
impact
numerous
cosmetic
concerns
but
consensus
on
outcomes
these
has
not
been
established.
Aims
In
this
review,
we
summarize
proposed
mechanism
action,
application,
efficacy
treatments
with
alopecia
hair
rejuvenation,
facial
hyperpigmentation,
scarring.
Methods
We
conducted
comprehensive
literature
review
treatment
Additionally,
several
practical
clinical
cases
where
were
applied
indications
included.
Results
The
general
showed
early
evidence
supports
alopecia,

demonstrated
promising
improvements
in
patients

treatment.
