ABSTRACT Background Exosomes are extracellular vesicles, composed of a phospholipid bilayer, that primarily derived from stem cells. The contents exosomes can be incorporated into the tissue in which they introduced, presents unique therapeutic option. Aims have been investigated as treatment for number medical ailments, but literature supporting these indications is inconclusive. In addition, much study on and their uses has recently completed. Thus, this review summarizes efficacy implications different dermatologic conditions. Methods A surrounding use multiple dermatological conditions was conducted. Additionally, we present numerous practical cases patients had treated with exosomes. Results Overall, success treating demonstrated varying literature, preliminary evidence generally positive. patient also showed satisfactory clinical outcomes further studies will necessary to fully characterize ideal modalities application, including formulation, mode distribution, frequency treatment. Conclusions may serve an effective option wound healing, reconstruction skin flaps, radiation dermatitis, acne vulgaris, psoriasis, atopic allergic contact lichen simplex chronicus, vulvar sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, vitiligo although additional needed confirm safety.
