Method A retrospective chart review was conducted patients who met criteria from July 2021 to June 2022. We surveyed understand multidisciplinary team expertise EDs amalgamated current evidence into a protocolized schema designed implementation outpatient setting. Results Eighteen were reviewed, 14 identified as female, 3 male, 1 “Other.” Average age 15.4 (2.7) years old, mean body mass index 35.90 (8.25). 33.3% (6) White/Caucasian, followed by 22.2% (4) Hispanic/Latinx. Eleven 18 privately insured. The most common recommendations regular meals snacks individual psychotherapy. Medical desired more education about identification management BED. Background Racial and ethnic discrimination are known stressors associated with negative psychological physical health outcomes. Previous studies have found relationships between racial/ethnic binge-eating disorder (BED), though they mainly focused on adult populations. The aim of this study was to determine associations BED in a large, national cohort early adolescents. We further sought explore the perpetrator (students, teachers, or other adults) BED. Methods analyzed cross-sectional data from Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development Study (ABCD) (N = 11,075, 2018-2020). Logistic regression analyses examined self-reported racial behaviors diagnosis. Racial/ethnic measures were assessed based Perceived Discrimination Scale, which experiences race/ethnicity frequency by adults outside school, students. Binge-eating diagnosis Kiddie Schedule for Affective Disorders Schizophrenia (KSAD-5), adjusting age, sex, race/ethnicity, household income, parental education, site. The association between body mass index (BMI) and binge-eating disorder (BED) is well-established. However, data on the extent to which BMI associated with progression from behavior into BED among adolescents are limited, was aim of this investigation. Participants were 9,964 U.S. Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development (ABCD) Study, aged 9-13 at time study enrollment. A computerized parent-reported assessment used establish adolescents' behaviors BED. Cox proportional hazards models adjusting for sociodemographic covariates examine prospective associations likelihood onset a) behavior, b) no behavior. Besin güvencesi; besinlerin mevcudiyetini ve karşılanabilirliğini içeren, besinleri kabul edilebilir yollarla elde etmeyi, bireysel besin kullanımının yanı sıra kültürel normları da kapsayan karmaşık bir olgudur. Küresel üretimindeki ilerlemelere rağmen, dünya genelinde yaklaşık 928 milyon insan güvencesinden yoksun durumdadır. güvencesizliği; malnütrisyon, anemi, obezite, diyabet, hipertansiyon gibi birçok beslenme fiziksel sağlık problemi ile ilişkilidir. Bununla birlikte güvencesizliği farklı boyutları aracılığıyla mental de yakından ilişkili görünmektedir. Sosyoekonomik durum, cinsiyet, etnik köken vb. güvencesini etkileyen faktörler göz önünde bulundurulduğunda güvencesizliğinin olumsuz sonuçları olması şaşırtıcı durum değildir. Literatürde ilişkisini değerlendiren çalışmalar sınırlı olmakla yapılan araştırmaların çelişkilidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, güncel literatür doğrultusunda sorunları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir.
