In Brazil, there is 13% of the world's bat diversity, second most diverse group mammals, playing a crucial role in providing ecosystem services that benefit humans. However, anthropogenic disturbances exacerbate processes species extinction, shifts geographic distributions, and phenological changes, despite efforts to safeguard biodiversity through creation Conservation Units Indigenous Lands. Moreover, gaps taxonomic knowledge challenges related distribution hinder effective implementation conservation strategies protected areas. This study assesses contribution Brazilian (both Full Protection Sustainable Use) Lands their services. It also presents maps illustrating richness by trophic guilds threat classification according IUCN, including listed as Data Deficient. The findings reveal low percentages potential areas within these regions, especially for insectivorous, nectarivorous, frugivorous bats Cerrado biome, which are classified Near Threatened. Additionally, highest was observed Amazon Atlantic Forest biomes.
