During the past few years, number of drones (unmanned aerial vehicles, or UAVs) manufactured and purchased has risen dramatically. It is predicted that it will continue to spread, making its use inevitable in all walks life. Drone apps are therefore expected overrun app stores near future. The UAV's software not being studied/researched despite several active research studies carried out hardware field. A large-scale empirical analysis Google Play Store Platform connected done this direction. There are, however, a challenges with drone because lack formal specialised development procedures. In paper, eleven issues have been identified. Then we applied DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial Evaluation Laboratory) method analyse (DIs) divide these into cause effect groups. First, multiple experts assess direct relationships between influential apps. evaluation results presented spherical fuzzy numbers (SFN). Secondly, convert linguistic terms SFN. Thirdly, based on DEMATEL, cause-effect classifications obtained. Finally, category identified as DI’s outcome compared other variants like rough‐Z‐number‐based number, comparative suggest Spherical Fuzzy-DEMATEL most fitting interrelationship different work definitely assists industry successful identification critical where professionals project managers could really focus.
