Abstract The solution casting process was used to fabricate nanocomposite samples composed of carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) and filled with varied concentrations nickel oxide nanoparticles (NiO NPs). effect NiO on the structural, optical, electrical properties pure CMC/PVA/PEDOT:PSS mixture studied discussed. X-ray diffraction (XRD) transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis revealed that NPs are cubic in phase range size from 10 55 nm. XRD incorporated films indicated crystallinity increased at expense composites. Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) examination main absorption vibrational peaks CMC, PVA, PEDOT:PSS, Ni-O, whose intensities changed randomly after filling, revealing intermolecular interaction between components. UV visible spectra showed a sharp peak around 228 for blend, which can be assigned π→π* transition. After being NPs, nanocomposites produced displayed new 292 422 nm steadily increasing concentration. optical energy gap (Eg) computed, it discovered when content increased, Eg decreased (from 4.88 4.06 eV). At room temperature over wide frequency range, − 1 7 Hz, samples’ impedance, AC conductivity, dielectric qualities were examined. Increased seen gradually enhance loss (up 2255), constant 311). conductivity is also enhanced corresponds Jonscher power law. By analysing impedance components Z * , equivalent circuit each sample determined. Because considerable improvement properties, these composite could compete usage optoelectronic applications.

Abstract An electro- and optically favorable quaternary nanocomposite film was produced by solution-casting nickel oxide nanoparticles (NiO NPs) into polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), pyrrolidone (PVP), poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT/PSS). Based on transmission electron microscopy (TEM) X-ray diffraction (XRD) observations, the synthesized NiO NPs have a cubic phase diameter between 10 45 nm. The complexity interactions observed through XRD patterns, UV–visible spectra, FTIR measurements suggest that are not just dispersed within polymer matrix, but interacting with it, leading to enhanced dielectric properties AC electrical conductivity. From 9 × 3 3.22 Ω, concentrations reduce bulk resistance Rb, indicating more linked conductive channels. tests showed polarized increased polarizability under electric field conditions. incorporation of boosted DC conductivity from 1.25 –6 5.64 –5 S m −1 . mobility boosts linearly frequency. These can lead improved conductivity, energy storage capabilities, overall efficiency nanocomposite, making it promising material for various applications.

Abstract In the present work, sol–gel‐synthesized titanium oxide nanoparticles (TiO 2 NPs) were added to polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) create polymer nanocomposites (PNCs) samples. The preparation was carried out via solution casting method. synthesized TiO NPs have a tetragonal anatase phase an average grain size of 15.7 nm. XRD analysis reveals that NPs' addition PVC/PMMA causes decrease in crystallinity PNCs films. Infrared Fourier demonstrated interplay/complexity between blend NPs. UV/visible spectrum showed two absorbance peaks at 278 208 nm, which may result from n → π* π transitions. Also, optical bandgaps for indirect direct allowed transitions decreased with increasing concentration. samples' AC electrical conductivity dielectric properties measured room temperature. As content nanocomposite rises, percolating network begins emerge inside composite, demonstrating obeys Jonscher's law. Additionally, it has been nanoparticle concentration leads higher composite loss constant. These findings suggest possibility using prepared capacitive energy storage optoelectronic devices. Highlights PVC/PMMA‐TiO nanocomposites' films fabricated Adding reduces rising content. conductivity, impedance, characteristics discussed. indicate use samples
