ABSTRACT This study investigates the effects of concentrated sunlight on performance (PPN) solar cells. We explore five InGaN‐based PPN cell configurations, characterized by varying indium mole fractions (), using SCAPS‐1D software. The analysis covers a wide range ambient temperatures (300–800 K) and irradiances (1–100 ). research marks first simulation InGaN cells SCAPS‐1D. compare our findings against established including p‐GaAs/n‐GaAs.
