Solanine has been shown to inhibit cancer by regulating the expression of apoptosis (Bax, Bcl-2) and metastasis (CDH-1, MMP2) genes in various cell types. We synthesized optimized niosome NPs (NPs) with high solubility capacity for solanine loading. In this study, cytotoxic, cycle inhibitory apoptotic effects solanine-loaded (SN-NPs) on MCF-7 were investigated. Thin-layer hydration was used generate SN-NPs their features validated. The pH-dependent release pattern also examined. Synthesized evaluated cytotoxicity against MCF-10 lines using MTT. Primary secondary apoptosis, necrosis, arrest measured flowcytometry. Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis is defined as the fat buildup of greater than 5 percent together with histologic indications necro-inflammation and hepatocyte ballooning degeneration. A 60-year-old female patient was diagnosed on 27/2/2024. She stable without any symptoms until she developed abdominal discomfort approached OPD, department Moalajat, RRIUM, Srinagar. a case NASH, which confirmed help fibro scan. The regression may have been due to anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective, antioxidant, hypolipidemic, hypoglycemic effects drugs given patient. In addition this, also possess liver strengthening, demulcent diuretic add more their healing effects.

α-Solanine (α-Sol) shows promise for pancreatic cancer (PC) treatment by inhibiting PC cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. However, its clinical application is hindered poor tumor targeting, significant toxicity, undesirable pharmacokinetics. To address these issues, this study developed a nanoparticle delivery system (PBSO NPs) using bovine serum albumin as carrier, with polyallylamine hydrochloride surface modification to enhance α-Sol delivery. PBSO NPs were characterized transmission electron microscopy, dynamic light scattering, size analyzers, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. Their in vitro drug release profile cellular uptake capabilities evaluated. Furthermore, experiments conducted mouse cells (Panc02) investigate the effects of on Panc02 viability, invasion, apoptosis. Additionally, xenograft model was established vivo explore impact growth. This successfully favorable morphology physiological stability, capable enhancing uptake. In demonstrated that significantly inhibited invasion while promoting Moreover, enhanced inhibitory cells. further confirmed improved therapeutic efficacy against partially reducing toxicity. exhibited good biocompatibility. apoptosis, thereby suppressing progression PC. provides promising strategy treatment.

ABSTRACT Carcinogenesis is the process by which substances that cause cancer (carcinogens) produce cancer. Extensive research conducted in recent years shows risk of developing certain cancers can be reduced eating a variety fruits and vegetables regularly. Catechins, are more prevalent foods beverages made from plants, known to have anti‐cancer effects. Detailed mechanistic studies helpful understanding inhibitory effects catechins on carcinogenesis providing background information for evaluating human carcinogenesis. This article provides an overview their potential roles prevention treatment, focusing how they alter signaling pathways, slow cell proliferation, trigger apoptosis. Also, this discusses molecular modifications epigallocatechin gallate as well delivery methods based nanostructures.
