Using electrospinning for nanofiber production, we can create unique materials with multiple applications in various industries, including medical bandages and wound dressings. One of the most important features these using technique, is incorporation compounds metals into their structure. In this study, a new metal-organic framework (MOF) was synthesized from rhodium, metal significant biological potential, which then used to produce nanofibers (Rh-MOF/PVA-PVP nanofiber) by mixing polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP). The newly tested against common microbial skin pathogens cancer cells, showing inhibition. Specifically, an IC 50 value 19.45 μg/mL cells MIC values ranging 4 64 μg pathogenic strains were observed. This notable inhibitory ability be attributed both physical characteristics (with specific surface area 2,348 m 2 /g), chemical factors, active present its rhodium (Rh) Rh-MOF/PVA-PVP has potential use developing bioactive bandages,

Background: Ministerial Decree (D.M.) 77/2022 aims to reform Italy’s primary care system by establishing community health centres and integrating digital tools address healthcare access disparities workforce shortages. This review focuses on frailty assessment tools, innovations, challenges in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, South Tyrol, emphasising interprofessional trust collaboration issues. Methods: Using a narrative custom approach guided SANRA checklist, this study synthesised findings from PubMed, official websites, regional surveys frailty, dynamics, collaboration, infrastructure Tyrol. Results: General practitioners (GPs) exhibited high professional motivation but expressed concerns about autonomy administrative burdens collaborative models. Trust issues between GPs specialists hinder cohesion coordination, highlighting need for structured inter-professional communication. Frailty assessments, such as PRISMA-7 tool, identify over 33% community-dwelling individuals aged 75 years older frail, necessitating targeted interventions. Digital adoption, particularly electronic records telemedicine, is slow because shortages limitations. Conclusions: The successful implementation D.M. Tyrol requires addressing challenges, improving trust, expanding infrastructure, into strategies. These measures are critical achieving more resilient, equitable, effective system.

This cross-sectional study examines the implications use seeking influencing factors among undergraduate science students in Southwest Ethiopia. An institutional-based was conducted from November 10 to December 10, 2023. enrolled 423 students. Data were collected using pretested structured self-administered questionnaire. entry analysis performed EpiData V4.6 STATA V17, respectively. Bi-variable multivariable logistic regression analyses identify associated with outcome variable. Statistical significance determined P-value less than 0.05. A total respondents participated this study, resulting 100 % response rate. Among them, 67.4 (95 CI: 63.0%-72.0 %) reported purposes. Factors significantly usage included being third-year student or above (AOR = 2.33, 95 1.36-3.99), owning smartphone 2.41, 1.14-5.10), having good awareness 2.81, 1.55-5.09), holding favorable attitude 9.58, 5.10-18.00), possessing adequate e-health literacy 5.25, 2.89-9.46). underscores internet's primary role on diseases, treatments, healthy lifestyles, prevention.
