Abstract Background Severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) is a potentially lethal inflammatory condition that usually linked to multiple organ failure. When it comes SAP, the lung main frequently involved. Many SAP patients experience respiratory failure following an injury (ALI). Clinicians provide insufficient care for compounded ALI since underlying pathophysiology unknown. The mortality rate of severely impacted by it. Objective study aims insight into immune cells, specifically their roles and modifications during ALI, through comprehensive literature review. emphasis on cells as therapeutic approach treating ALI. Findings Immune play important role in complicated ofSAP maintaining right balance pro‐ anti‐inflammatory responses. Immunomodulatory drugs now market have low thepeutic efficacy because they selectively target one cell while ignoring interactions. Accurate management dysregulated responses necessary. A critical initial step precisely characterizing activity Conclusion Given increasing incidence immunotherapy emerging potential treatment option these patients. Interactions among improve our understanding intricacy concurrent Acquiring expertise domains will stimulate development innovative immunomodulation therapies outlook with

Ischemia-reperfusion (IR) injury is a major cause of multiple organ failure. The purpose this study was to look into the role Tephrosia purpurea (TEP) and its active constituent pseudosemiglabrin (PS) in alleviating severe acute pancreatitis associated lung injury. We established rat pancreatic IR model, rats were treated with TEP (200 mg/kg 400 mg/kg) PS (20 40 mg/kg), addition control sham groups. results showed that respiratory parameters, including inspiratory time (Ti), expiratory (Te), duration (Dr), rate (RR), comparable among all groups, while peak flow (PIF), forced vital capacity (FVC), volume at 0.1 s (FEV0.1) significantly impaired. Notably, normal PIF, FVC, FEV0.1/FVC compared group, indicating an improved function. Additionally, protective effects on tissues following effects: pathological damage; reducing serum levels trypsinogen activation peptide (TAP), lipase, amylase; decreasing oxidative stress markers such as MDA MPO; restoring antioxidant enzyme activity (GPx); suppressing inflammatory TNF-α, IL-6, NF-κB; downregulating HMGB1 gene tissue; upregulating IL-22 tissues. In conclusion, obtained findings demonstrate oral supplementation alleviates injuries by modulating processes, which offers attractive therapeutic option for
