Abstract
Background
Inferior
Fronto-Occipital
Fascicle
(IFOF)

therapy
(SDT)
has
attracted
attention
as
a
promising
new
approach
for
the
treatment
of
high-grade
gliomas,
it

non-invasive
form

specifically
kills
tumor
cells
with
limited
side
effects.
SDT
combines
low-intensity
ultrasound
sonosensitizer
to
produce
cytotoxic
effects

The Spatial Distribution of Brain Metastasis Is Determined by the Heterogeneity of the Brain Microenvironment

is
now
understood
that
brain
metastases
do
not
occur
randomly
but
have
distinct
spatial
patterns
depending
on
the
origin
of
cancer.
According
to
"seed
and
soil"
hypothesis,

adaptation

environment.

investigate
most
favorable
microenvironment
for
metastasis,
we
analyzed
neuroimaging
data
from
177
patients
with
breast
cancer
metastasis
