Background. As a result of the military attack in Ukraine, both and civilian population are facing mental health disorders such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, panic attacks. Classical psychotherapy psychiatry often ineffective treating these conditions. In United States Europe, significant amount research is being conducted on psychedelic-assisted therapy its potential psychotherapeutic impact treatment depression PTSD, especially cases where traditional treatments not effec¬tive. Given this, it may be extremely beneficial for Ukraine to consider an alternative PTSD psychedelic- assisted therapy. Our study emphasizes importance relevance this issue. Goal. To reveal features meditative experience factors personal changes, anxiety level, subjective well-being, overall life satisfaction, self-awareness. Methods. The design combined: includes quantitative qualitative methods. independent variables were therapy, meditation, practices; dependent general total sample was 33 people. Results. Meditation psilocybin improve emotional state psychological well-being subjects, particular, they promote focus, inner peace, self-awareness, reduction well self-knowledge self-development. Conclusions. participation PAT reduce anxiety. Respondents who meditated participated had lower levels compared other groups. Participation increased level most. meditation increase engaged practices higher self-awareness group that only meditated. assess effectiveness high sustainable. They note changes their lives, relief symptoms, improved cognitive function, attitudes toward themselves others, energy decision-making ability. It is vital to protect young people's mental and physical health from the negative impacts of war. In this study, we aimed identify personal resources that might support resistance war stress in a sample Ukrainian students. We recruited 498 students (407 female, aged 17–28 years) university regional center central part Ukraine complete cross-sectional online survey. Negative consequences were operationalized as post-traumatic disorder (PTSD) symptoms current complaints. Resilience, self-efficacy, Big Five personality traits (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability, openness experience) assessed markers resources. Our analysis showed stability resilience most strongly associated with lower PTSD fewer complaints, while agreeableness conscientiousness also played role. Findings expand understanding how can be protective against context an ongoing conflict suggest directions for interventions promote students' stress.

As Ukrainian refugees grapple with adapting to a new language and cultural environment, the extent of linguistic adaptation varies. Intriguingly, respondents may simultaneously commit their traditions while navigating challenges posed by sociocultural conditions. Against backdrop traumatic experience induced conflict, analysis examines impact on mental health, specifically investigating potential manifestation hyperactivity avoidance behaviours. The findings shed light intricate interplay between acculturation, preservation trauma among forced migrants. study involved 502 from Ukraine who left for United States under programme aged 18 58 years (M = 27); gender (male-46%, female-54%).
