Mahasiswa

ABSTRACT
Introduction
Career
transitions
are
considered
to
be
the
most
challenging
tasks
in
adolescence.
Personal
resources
important
factors
coping
with
difficulties
encountered
during

adjust
more
smoothly

transitions.
Using
a
person‐centered
approach,
this
study
aims
identify
typologies
of
personal
adolescents,

adaptability,

optimism
