Providing teletherapy requires a unique therapeutic approach and mastery of the context. We aimed to develop self-report scale for interventions pertinent teletherapy, examine its relationship with process variables, therapists' attitudes towards technology.A total 839 therapists participated in survey study that included standardized measures (real relationship, working alliance, presence), intention use future, list 13 intervention items we hypothesized be specific format.Twelve loaded on one factor, good reliability. The 12-item Teletherapy Intervention Scale was positively related real presence sessions, as well positive future.Aspects practice may successfully captured by scale, adequately navigating challenges opportunities might enhance process. Further studies are needed provide additional validation how best this research clinical training.

This study presents the development of a self-report measure patients' attitudes towards telepsychotherapy. The is based on well-researched model using technology, Unified Theory Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT) framework (Venkatesh et al., 2003). We examined psychometric properties UTAUT adapted for psychotherapy patients (UTAUT-P) in sample 107 who received telepsychotherapy via video conferencing during COVID-19 pandemic. Exploratory factor analysis resulted 14-item UTAUT-P version, with four factors-(1) Therapy Quality Expectancy, (2) Convenience, (3) Ease Use, (4) Pressure from Others-and was further corroborated by results confirmatory analysis. Our indicated four-factor model's adequate fit to data demonstrated construct validity reliability factors. All factors, except were significantly positively associated intention use technology future. complements research therapists' telepsychotherapy, therapist version UTAUT. developed might be helpful, brief tool clinical practice, which give patient voice around potential their care. initial application pandemic offers building block future outside context forced transition.

The study aimed to explore psychotherapists' attitudes towards new technologies. Understanding the factors influencing their acceptance of technologies is essential improving accessibility, quality, and effectiveness psychotherapeutic care in digital age. Based on previous research from different fields (e.g., e-government mobile applications), we integrated Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT-T) with Readiness Index (TRI). UTAUT-T focuses one's perception technology, while TRI emphasizes individual characteristics. Therefore, regard solutions by analysing related technology users (psychotherapists).
