Abstract Anatomical (Scanning Electron Microscopy), phenolic (total phenol and total flavonoid), antioxidant (DPPH, FRAP, ABTS) analytical profiling (LC-MS GC-MS) were performed for three different ripening stages (pre-ripe, ripe over-ripe) of guava with the hydro-methanolic extraction technique. Overall, antioxidant-phenolic parameters showed a sigmoid pattern change during maturation progress fruit at room temperature (28±2ºC). Further, multivariate PCA (Principal Component Analysis) established strong correlation among phenolic-antioxidant variables studied in this work. Analytical characterization by GC LC-MS identified 55 (fifty-five) compounds from extract. The revealed few compounds, namely, Glycine, Gamma Sitosterol, Kaempferol-4'-glucoside, Thiamine, Catechin n-Hexadecanoic acid, could contribute significantly to process guava. Finally, it is expected that an in-depth metabolic study life cycle here lead future development highly stable varies, extended post-harvest shelf temperature.

The taxonomic importance of macromorphological and micromorphological seed characteristics was investigated using SEM ten species the Salvia genus from Pakistan. aim to identify diagnostic ultrastructural features that could aid in delimitation, correct identification phylogenetic position. ultrastructure varies greatly, a wide range unique have been observed. Seed were explored by SEM, including shape, colour, texture, cell outline, surface sculpturing, epidermal arrangement, anticlinal, periclinal wall pattern. shapes categorized as obovate, spherical, spheroid, broadly elliptic, elliptic oblong, mostly with terminal hilum. colours black, light brown, dark brown yellow. Exo-morphological characters, i.e. arrangements, included irregular, wavy pentagonal-hexagonal, regular pentagonal-hexagonal. Cluster analysis used assess similar distinct within feasible explanation. Taxonomic keys made based on qualitative help delimit them quickly genus. morphology described investigated, significance evaluated SEM. This study analysed features, especially at level, which might provide much new information. results revealed that, morphology, can taxon identification, levels.

Considering the limited data available on tree species in Uzbekistan, this research aimed to provide new insights. We gathered plant samples from different locations within Samarkand city and thoughtfully selected 15 that represent country's flora. Using scanning electron microscopy, we conducted comprehensive analyses of pollen morphology, revealing a diverse range variations shapes, dimensions, surface characteristics displayed by grains. Distinct ornamentations such as micro-echinate, reticulate, rugulate, gemmate-verrucate, verrucate-scabrate patterns facilitated differentiation species. These microscopy findings enhance our comprehension diversity, adaptation, ecological roles. In addition, leaf extracts were analyzed using HPLC GC-MS, plethora bioactive compounds, including catechins, chlorogenic acid, vanillic others. Furthermore, GC-MS analysis revealed presence seven key 1-hexadecyne, 2-chloroethanol, 1,6-heptadiene, 2-methyl-, 5-bromoadamantan-2-one, ethyl 3-(3-pyridyl) propenoate, bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, quercetin. This study demonstrates effectiveness method assessing quality examining both microscopic chemical composition. multifaceted approach has deepened understanding compositions these trees, thus contributing more profound appreciation their significance potential applications.

Palynology, a prominent field in plant systematics and biodiversity studies, plays vital role identifying determining the species present specific region. The current study was performed to evaluate micromorphological traits of pollen from flora Lesser Himalaya. Pollen microstructural variations aid identification belonging botanical families various geographic habitats. Flowers 24 selected categorized into 16 were collected, preserved then acetolysis protocol followed. examined under light scanning microscopy (LM SEM) for palynomorph description. palynomorphs characteristics such as size, shape, exine surface, aperture orientation, examined. Status these plants show that herbs are being dominant (11 species), while shrubs (7 climbers (3 bulbous (2 small tree, sedge, weed (1 each). shape determined equatorial view were; spheroidal, sub-prolate, oblate-spheroidal, prolate, spherical sub-oblate. seen among types; tricolpate, tricolporate polyporate most species. Exine stratification observed mostly scabrate echinate, cristate-reticulate, granulate, punctate, rugulate-perforate, striate-rugulate, verrucate, cristate-foveolate visualized each different Palynomorph apertural patterns sunken, furrowed, slightly bulged, scabrate, slit like, perforate. largest polar diameter measured Hymenocallis littoralis (138.6 µm) whereas smallest Parthenium hysterophorus (14.70 µm). Equatorial distance calculated maximum Cascabela thevetia (110.1 minimum Hibiscus rosa-sinensis (1.7 P/E ratio (1.8) lowest Duranta erecta (0.89). taxonomic characters investigated can be helpful level provide baseline conduct more systematic research with respect genera.
