Studies

Background:

investigate

technical
feasibility

RT–PCR

sequencing

quantify
HPV
DNA
in
saliva
patients

Human-Papilloma-Virus
related
oropharyngeal
cancer
(HPV-OPC),

radiotherapy

Introdução:
A
infecção
pelo
Papilomavírus
Humano
(HPV)
possui
alta
transmissibilidade
e
atua
no
desenvolvimento
de
lesões
cérvico-vaginais,
bem
como
câncer
do
colo
útero.
Assim,
entende-se
que
o
problema
da
HPV
Brasil
representa
um
importante
saúde
pública
novas
discussões
acerca
desta
problemática,
são
necessárias
enorme
relevância.
Este
estudo
tem
por
objetivo
descrever
os
avanços
diagnóstico
molecular
Humano,
identificando
métodos
diagnósticos
moleculares
mais
atuais
correlacionando
com
a
importância
clínica.
Metodologia:
Será
realizada
uma
revisão
sistemática
literatura
científica,
baseada
em
artigos
publicados
entre
2012
2023,
língua
portuguesa,
inglesa
espanhola,
disponíveis
nas
seguintes
bases
dados:
Pubmed,
Scielo
(Scientific
Eletronic
Library
Online)
BVS.
Serão
incluídos
apresentem
informações
relevantes
sobre
tema
principal
deste
excluídos
não
estiverem
formato
artigo,
forem
revisões
literatura,
bibliográficas,
fugirem
temática
proposta
ou
estejam
dentro
intervalo
tempo
pré-definido.
Resultados:
Nesta
bibliográfica,
foram
analisados
10
originais
abordaram
fatores
risco
associados
à
sífilis
congênita
mostraram
recentes
melhoraram
significativamente
detecção
tratamento
doenças
relacionadas
ao
HPV,
particularmente
cânceres.
Conclusão:
Esses
apenas
complementam,
mas
frequentemente
superam
as
limitações
dos
exames
citológicos
convencionais,
Papanicolau,
especialmente
populações
elevado.
