Abstract The sixth most common cancer in the world, esophageal cancer, requires aggressive treatment such as surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and immunotherapy. Phytochemicals medicinal plants are being used green synthesis of nanoparticles. Our study aimed to synthesize ZnO–SnO 2 nerolidol nanocomposite its effects on squamous cell carcinoma cells. UV spectroscopy showed significant absorbance at 288 nm, transmission electron microscopy DLS spherical shapes, also 108 nm average diameters. was investigated using energy-dispersive X-ray analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, photoluminescence, field emission scanning microscopy. A cytotoxic effect observed against KYSE-150 cells with an IC 50 concentration 14.9 μg/mL. inhibited proliferation enhanced apoptosis by altering mitochondrial membrane potential. oxidative stress, leading a decrease superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione increase lipid peroxidation. Ultimately, caspase cascade inducing caspases 3, 8, 9 On whole, we suggest that can be effective strategy However, understanding molecular circuits is still warranted.

In recent years, the development of dual dopant‐based nanoparticles (NPs) has gained significant attention as they possess exceptional physico‐chemical and biomedical properties, making them potential candidates for antimicrobial anticancer uses. this research, we successfully synthesized nickel oxide (NiO) copper, manganese‐doped NiO (CuMn:NiO) NPs using a green synthesis method. The process involved Trigonella foenum‐graecum ( T.f.graecum ) leaves extract nucleating agent. were confirmed by various studies. Based on X‐ray diffraction analysis, median size was determined 36 nm 32 CuMn:NiO NPs. antibacterial study revealed that exhibited higher zone inhibition in contrast to both Gram‐positive Streptococcus pneumoniae , Bacillus subtilis megaterium Gram‐negative bacteria Klebsiella Escherichia coli Vibrio cholerae compared with commercial amoxicillin. antifungal studies conducted against Candida albicans demonstrated enhanced efficacy comparison vitro testing human breast cancer cells (MCF‐7) NPs, supported IC 50 concentrations 11 9 μg/mL, respectively. photoluminescence (PL) spectra emission at 508 518 nm, respectively, which indicated generation active free radicals These findings suggest hold promise healthcare industry.

ABSTRACT Obesity, modifiable and an avertable medical condition, has become a global threat due to rapid modernization industrialization. Swift growth in not only eases the day‐to‐day life, it also mandates sedentary lifestyle, which leads various noncommunicable diseases. At present one eight people population are obese, these booming obese individuals prone other micro‐ macrovascular diseases such hyperglycemia, myocardial infraction, hypertension, stroke, so forth. Ample research had unveiled intricate association perceived between obesity Type 2 diabetes mellitus pathogenesis. Although intake of anti‐obesity drugs along with anti‐diabetic effectively regulated hyperglycemic conditions diabetic patients, causes side effects on long‐term usage. Coumarins phytochemicals that have demonstrated pharmacological properties including anti‐inflammatory, antioxidant, anti‐tumor, In this analysis, we assessed potency aesculetin, courmarin derivative. The rats were induced high‐fat diet subjected streptozotocin infusion induce hyperglycemia. Obese treated aesculetin for its effect. BMI analyze effect aesculetin. Abstract Supramolecular nanoparticles containing peptides and drugs have recently gained recognition as an effective tumor treatment drug delivery system. A multitarget termed pemetrexed is against various cancers, including nonsmall cell lung cancer. The work aims to establish the capability of gold (PEM‐AuNPs) induce apoptosis explore molecular changes. X‐ray diffraction, Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet–visible scanning electron microscope, transmission microscope were used investigate synthesized nanoparticles. MTT assay was utilized anticancer properties PEM‐AuNPs at varying concentrations (50, 100, 200 µM). demonstrated a decrease in viability with 55.87%, 43.04%, 25.59% for A549 cells 54.31%, 37.40%, 25.84% H1299 respective concentrations. To assess perform morphological analysis, diverse biochemical staining techniques, acridine orange‐ethidium bromide 4′,6‐diamidino‐2‐phenylindole nuclear assays, employed. Additionally, 2′,7′‐dichlorofluorescein diacetate confirmed induction reactive oxygen species generation, while JC‐1 validated impact on mitochondrial membrane IC 50 concentration PEM‐AuNPs. Thus, study that exhibited enhanced activity both cells.

Abstract Gefitinib (GET) is a revolutionary targeted treatment inhibiting the epidermal growth factor receptor's tyrosine kinase action by competitively ATP binding site. In preclinical trials, several lung cancer cell lines and xenografts have demonstrated potential activity with GET. Response rates neared 25% in trials for non‐small cancer. Here, we describe one‐pot synthesis of GET@ZIF‐8 nanocomposites (NCs) pure water, encapsulating zeolitic imidazolate framework 8 (ZIF‐8). This method developed NCs consistent morphology loading efficiency 9%, resulting capacity 20 wt%. Cell proliferation assay assessed anticancer effect on A549 H1299 cells. The different biochemical staining (Calcein‐AM PI 4′,6‐Diamidino‐2‐phenylindole nuclear staining) assays death morphological examination. Additionally, mode apoptosis was evaluated mitochondrial membrane (∆ ψ m) reactive oxygen species. Therefore, study concludes that are pledged to treat
