ABSTRACT Workplace spirituality and employee well‐being are significant aspects of organizational behavior that greatly influence the success an organization. While numerous studies have demonstrated positive impact workplace on performance, few delved into its correlation with happiness (WPH). The present research seeks to investigate direct indirect effects engagement well‐being, WPH serving as a mediator. groundwork for proposed conceptual model was laid by conducting survey 473 working professionals from Indian organizations, employing structural equation modeling (SEM) method. Results reveal employees strong sense tend greater attachment workplace. WPH, in turn, acts mediator relationship between (WPA) well‐being. ABSTRACT This paper investigates the factors influencing employees’ work engagement with focus on experiences of employees in Slovenian and Malaysian organizations. Previous research has shown that closer an employee's is organization, higher performance. To explore job characteristics deliver engagement, this study employs Hackman Oldham's model, focusing core elements task identity, significance, skill variety, feedback, autonomy as a lens to investigate phenomenon two different countries.
