Background and Objectives: This study evaluated the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on surgical management pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) at a tertiary care hospital in Romania. The objective was to compare volumes, tumor characteristics, patient outcomes across three periods: pre-COVID, pandemic, post-COVID. Materials Methods: A retrospective analysis 622 PDAC patients who underwent surgery between February 2018 2024 conducted. key variables analyzed included size, type (curative vs. palliative), use neoadjuvant therapy, postoperative complications, ICU monitoring, among others.
