Mycotoxins pollution is a global concern, and can pose serious threat to human health. People livestock eating contaminated food will encounter acute chronic poisoning symptoms, such as carcinogenicity, hepatitis, weakened immune system. In order prevent or reduce the exposure of beings mycotoxins, it necessary screen mycotoxins in different foods efficiently, sensitively, selectively. Proper sample preparation very important for separation, purification, enrichment from complex matrices. This review provides comprehensive summary pretreatment methods since 2017, including traditionally used methods, solid-phase extraction (SPE)-based liquid-liquid (LLE)-based matrix solid phase dispersion (MSPD), QuEChERS, so on.
