Organophosphate pesticides can cause long-term neurological damage to humans. There is an urgent need develop a more sensitive and efficient method for detecting trace amounts of organophosphorus in orange juice, particularly the presence interfering substances. This study developed dispersive solid-phase extraction (DSPE) using amorphous UiO-66 (aUiO-66) as adsorbent detection four organophosphate (fenthion, profenofos, fensulfothion, chlorpyrifos) juice. The aUiO-66 was synthesized green, direct within deep eutectic solvent composed diethanolamine hydrochloride acetamide. Its nature confirmed through x-ray diffraction (XRD) thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Parameters influencing efficiency, including dosage, time, eluent type, volume, were optimized by genetic neural network (GNN). demonstrated good linearity (R

Despite advancements in the sensitivity and performance of analytical instruments, sample preparation remains a bottleneck process. Currently, solid-phase extraction is more widely used than traditional organic solvent due to its ease use lower requirements. Moreover, various microextraction techniques such as micro extraction, dispersive microextraction, stir bar sorptive liquid-phase magnetic bead have been developed minimize size, reduce usage, enable automation. Among these, in-tube (IT-SPME) using capillaries devices has gained attention an advanced “green technique” that combines miniaturization, on-line automation, reduced consumption. Capillary tubes IT-SPME are categorized into configurations: inner-wall-coated, particle-packed, fiber-packed, rod monolith, operating either draw/eject system or flow-through system. Additionally, developments novel adsorbents monoliths, ionic liquids, restricted-access materials, molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs), graphene, carbon nanotubes, inorganic nanoparticles, organometallic frameworks improved efficiency selectivity. MIPs, particular, stable, custom-made with molecular recognition capabilities formed during synthesis, making them exceptional “smart adsorbents” for selective preparation. The MIP fabrication process involves three main stages: pre-arrangement capability, polymerization, template removal. After forming template-monomer complex, polymerization creates polymer network where molecules anchored, final step removing produce cavities complementary molecules. This review first paper focus on MIP-based IT-SPME, which integrates selectivity MIPs efficient summarizes recent applications.

ABSTRACT In this study, magnetic Fe 3 O 4 ‐coated metal‐organic framework composites, CONH 2 ‐MIL‐101(Cr)/Fe , were synthesized by depositing particles on the surface of amidated MIL‐101(Cr). The scanning electron microscope images show that MIL‐101(Cr) crystals uniformly coated particles. hysteresis curve reveals a saturated magnetization value 23.47 emu/g. water contact angle decreases from 61.00° to 12.88° after amidation and coating. solid‐phase extraction (MSPE) efficiency for benzoic acid derivatives was studied. Under optimal conditions, adsorption desorption processes can be completed within 5 min, maximum capacity protocatechuic (PCA) vanillic (VA) is 10.31 17.30 mg/g. Coupling MSPE with high‐performance liquid chromatography‐ultraviolet detection, detection limit PCA VA 0.29 0.58 ng/mL, respectively. mean recoveries in spiked samples ranged 82.85%–91.27% relative standard deviations lower than 0.33%–5.33%. This study provides inspiration fabrication novel sorbents, reliable method analysis derivatives.
