Swallowing and voice production are important processes enabling a comfortable life. For appropriate alimentation, effective passage of food fluids through digestive system is necessary. Interpersonal communication depends on good speech. Conditions associated with swallowing speech problems leads dysfunctions seriously affect the patient’s comfort living. This chapter review medical conditions concurrence dysphonia dysphagia. There large number leading to simultaneous occurrence hoarseness. The diversity disorders serious interdisciplinary issue. Diagnostics concurrent dysphagia complicated requires holistic approach. reasons include functional organic dysfunctions, neurological conditions, tumors, vascular disorders, autoimmune inflammations, post-operative complications, post-COVID others. Our research was conducted by reviewing PubMed Scopus network using key words “dysphagia”, “dysphonia”, “hoarseness.” We found 966 publications, then narrowed search 99 articles describing case reports, which present occurring together. Detailed analysis enabled us categorize into groups, depending characteristics body region involved in pathological process. Finally, description done systematically according those groups.
