ABSTRACT Objective Platelet‐rich plasma (PRP) is a novel treatment option for vitiligo. It has been reported to be effective in combination with other methods, such as fractional laser. However, there no consensus on the specific combined use of PRP Therefore, this meta‐analysis assessed efficacy and safety regimen compared control groups Methods A comprehensive literature search was conducted relevant randomized controlled trials comparing plus laser routine treatments published from inception January 2025. Data regarding mean grade repigmentation, patient's satisfaction score, rate satisfactory repigmentation or response, incidence side effects were extracted meta‐analyzed using fixed model. Results Seven studies involving 366 patients reviewed. The therapy significantly improved (mean difference [MD] = 1.58; 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.08–2.07; p < 0.01) patients' score (MD 1.87; CI 0.90–2.83; 0.0001), while also reducing response (risk ratio [RR] 0.54; 0.32–0.92; 0.02), groups, including monotherapy, topical drug sun exposure only, lasers narrowband ultraviolet B. Additionally, adverse events comparable that (RR 0.86; 0.69–1.07; 0.17). Conclusions This provides evidence supporting valuable safe modality vitiligo, based its superiority rates effects. more well‐designed large‐scale are required confirm it.
