Abstract Threats from toxic chemical warfare agents (CWAs) persist due to war and terrorist attacks, endangering both human beings the environment. Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), which feature ordered pore structures excellent tunability at metal/metal cluster nodes organic linkers, are regarded as best candidates directly remove CWAs their simulants via physical adsorption chemically catalyzed hydrolysis or oxidization. MOFs have attracted significant attention in last two decades that has resulted rapid development of MOF‐based materials fundamental research real‐world applications. In this review, authors focus on recent advancements designing constructing functional toward detoxification discuss how bridge gap between science With detailed summaries different points view, review provides insights into design rules for developing next‐generation protection organophosphorus organosulfur mitigate potential threats used wars terrorism attacks.

An innovative polymer-based dual detection microfluidic platform has been developed for the accurate and reliable sensing of trace amounts antibiotic tetracycline in environmental food samples. This was achieved through production a bespoke polymeric material formed via an imprinting technique using fluorescent dye. Thus, this enables tetracycline, both thermally, analyzing heat-transfer resistance at solid-liquid interface, optically, inner filter effect. The combination these two methods nanomolar limit while also providing rapid, selective, cost-effective sensing. Additionally, method successfully detected levels 0.56 μM blank egg samples which significantly lower than maximum residual level 400 μg L-1 (0.9 μM). Our work shows that approach can be used efficient antibiotics complex samples, offering enhanced reliability integration complementary analysis techniques. sensor potential to identify sources antimicrobial resistance, is crucial targeted efforts combat pressing global health challenge.
