Abstract Higher education, as the most important link in national education system, shows an imbalance allocation of its human resources both time and space. In view this, this paper uses DEA-BCC model spatial measurement to construct a higher resource efficiency model, which is used analyze depth imbalanced state regional China. The utilized conduct empirical research on equity education. To explore status three major regions (31 provinces) China from 2016-2023. Using statistical data, number full-time teachers, enrolled students, teacher-student ratio each region are analyzed. mean values China, high low, central (0.988), eastern (0.953), western (0.928). Among 31 provinces, Beijing, Shanghai Henan have highest value technical (1.000), lowest Tibet (0.768), average 0.950. has more faculty educated groups than regions. faculty-to-student ratios 2020 1:16.04, 1:20.25, 1: 17.53, all room for adjustment.

Abstract With the urbanization process and population development, rural sewage treatment is a serious problem, which brings harm to environment human health, emergence of PPP project opportunities. This paper takes as research topic, it corresponds proposed theory its full life cycle. Integrating data mining technology based on DEA model, establishes an input-output index system evaluate relationship between incremental cost benefit. Taking Anhui Province China main area, quantitative analysis regional wastewater management being carried out. The average values economic, environmental social benefits in were 1.07, 0.99 0.99, respectively, Huainan adopts program, one areas all benefit indexes have increased, while Xuancheng does not adopt exactly opposite. total 78.75 million yuan 52.58 yuan, accounting for 73.36% 55.29% operating cost, respectively. In terms revenue, Rural Wastewater Treatment sales gross profit was 5.28 with margin 6.53%. However, reached 12.27 18.63%.

Hydrogen energy, characterized by its abundant resources, green and low-carbon attributes, wide-ranging applications, is a critical energy source for achieving carbon peaking neutrality goals. The operational efficiency of the hydrogen industrial chain pivotal in determining security supply contribution to China’s transition. This study investigates selecting 30 listed companies primarily engaged as research sample. A three-stage data envelopment analysis (DEA) model applied assess industry’s comprehensive technical efficiency, pure scale efficiency.
