Abstract
With
the
urbanization

rural
sewage
treatment
is
a
serious
problem,
which
brings
harm
to
environment
human
health,
emergence
of
PPP
project
opportunities.
This
paper
takes
as
research
topic,

corresponds
proposed
theory

life
cycle.

data
mining
technology
based
on
DEA
model,
establishes
an
input-output
index
system
evaluate
relationship
between

cost
benefit.
