ABSTRACT Background Nocturia is the most prevalent lower urinary tract symptom in women, affecting approximately 54.5% of female patients and significantly impacting quality life. While androgen levels may be related to function, its association with nocturia women remains unclear. This study aims explore relationship between women. Methods utilized data from 2013–2016 National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), including 4531 aged 20 above. The level reflected by total testosterone (TT) free index (FAI). Weighted logistic regression models were employed analyze FAI, TT, nocturia. Results After comprehensive adjustment for confounding factors, higher FAI associated a reduced risk (OR = 0.84, 95% CI: 0.74–0.95).
