BACKGROUND: The spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has significantly diminished worldwide, but post-COVID-19 psychological experiences are rarely documented. Understanding the individual needs and challenges working during COVID-19 pandemic, as well resilience health in continuing work its aftermath, is essential. OBJECTIVE: objective to explore nurses’ perspectives on confidence following pandemic. METHODS: A descriptive phenomenological design purposive sampling approach was employed. Registered nurses at largest organization Qatar, which includes 14 facilities, were invited participate this study. Seventeen who facilities deployed first, second, third waves participated interviews. Data collected through semi-structured face-to-face interviews analyzed using inductive thematic analysis. RESULTS: transformation participants summarized into three themes: Fear zone, learning growth zone. These themes classified 13 sub-themes. anxiety, influence media news, safety concerns, frequent changes policies guidelines factors fear Coping mechanisms, teamwork, establishing compassionate care, social acceptance, helped them learn psychologically Growth such personal professional benefits, resilience, a sense satisfaction, changed life perceptions identified CONCLUSION: Working imposed many nurses, increased workload stress. However, different pandemic have contributed confidence, deeper meaning nurses. Their handling difficult situations made more confident dealing with stressful under pressure.

Abstract Resilience or the capacity to “bend but not break” refers ability maintain regain psychobiological equilibrium during after exposure stressful life events. Specifically, resilience has been proposed as a potential resource for staving off pathological states that often emerge repeated stress and are related alterations in circulating cortisol. The aim of this systematic review literature was gather evidence relationship between psychological cortisol levels adult humans. An extensive search carried out following Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta‐Analyses (PRISMA) method PubMed Web Science databases. In total, 1256 articles were identified and, these, 35 peer‐reviewed included review. We categorized findings according (1) short long‐term secretion period covered by matrices selected studies also (2) differentiated diurnal, phasic (acute), tonic (basal) components HPA output which they refer their relationships with resilience. Reported distinct parameters varied widely across studies, finding positive, negative, null associations two variables. Aim: This study aimed to identify self-compassion among staff nurses after the COVID-19 pandemic in Qatar. Design: Descriptive cross-sectional survey design. Methods: Anonymous data were collected through an online using Microsoft Forms from 300 14 health facilities The organization had almost 10,000 nursing working different facilities. Data gathered a structured questionnaire and included socio-demographic information, Self-Compassion Scale—Short Form was used collect remaining data. Correlation, t-test, ANOVA analyses conducted. Results: Nurses showed high self-compassion. Among sub-domain ‘mindfulness’, they comparatively scores (7.96 ± 1.55), lowest score for ‘isolation’ (6.15 1.99). ‘self-kindness’ 7.29 1.55, that ‘self-judgement’ 6.79 2.01, ‘common humility’ 6.62 1.47, ‘over-identified’ 6.47 1.91. BACKGROUND IN: the early days of December 2022, Chinese government ended its restrictive quarantine measures (e.g. nationwide lockdown) against COVID-19, which started in 2019. Three years prolonged exposure to COVID-19 pandemic and policy had a notable impact on mental health frontline nurses. Traumatic events can have negative effects people as well positive ones, such post-traumatic growth (PTG). Yıllar boyunca insanlar birçok küresel sorunla yüz yüze gelmiş ve bu durumlardan çeşitli şekillerde etkilenmiştir. Bireylerin içinde bulundukları gelişim dönemi sahip oldukları psikolojik özellikleri etkilerin nasıl olacağını şekillendiren önemli faktörlerdendir. Yaşamı tehdit eden durumlara verilebilecek ilk tepkilerden olan korkunun gelecek yaşantıları için planlar yapmakta üniversite öğrencilerinin tasarımlarını olumsuz etkileyebileceği ancak sağlamlığın ilişkide koruyucu bir rol oynayacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu bağlamda mevcut araştırmada, öğrencilerinde COVID-19 korkusu umutsuzluk arasındaki aracılık rolü incelenmiştir. Psikolojik aracı rolünü öngören hipotetik model kurulmuş araştırma değişkenleri ikili ilişkilerin yanı sıra Araştırmanın örneklemini 530 (415 kadın, 115 erkek) öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplamak amacıyla Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Korkusu Ölçeği, Beck Umutsuzluk Ölçeği Kısa Sağlamlık kullanılmıştır. Oluşturulan model, yapısal eşitlik modellemesiyle (YEM) test edilmiştir. Analizler sonucunda korkusunun, sağlamlığı negatif anlamlı düzeyde yordadığı; da umutsuzluğu yordadığı görülmüştür. incelendiğinde ise dolaylı etkinin olduğu dolayısıyla sağlamlığın, ilişkiye tam ettiği Araştırma elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda toplumda meydana gelen yaşantılar yaşamalarının önüne geçilmesi sağlamlık düzeylerinin geliştirilmesi yönünde uygulama çalışmalarının yapılması geleceği planlama konusunda kariyer danışmanlığı uygulamaların yaygınlaştırılması şeklinde öneriler sunulmuştur.
