In this cross-sectional study, we explored gender-specific differences factors associated with quality physicians. Participants Methods: Self-report questionnaires were distributed to 401 hospital Taiwan. Statistical analyses—Student's t test, Pearson's correlation multivariate linear regression—were conducted identify quality. Subgroup analyses also analyze its related factors. Results: Of total 189 physicians, approximately 40% reported poor quality, no significant differences.
