Background: With growing interest in nature‐based interventions for health, establishing implementation frameworks prescribing nature diverse settings is crucial. This study aims to develop and validate a framework tailored the Australian healthcare context, employing Delphi methodology harness expert consensus. Methods: The utilised two‐round technique gather insights from experts across various health environmental sectors. Participants included providers, managers policymakers engaged or knowledgeable about prescribing. initial framework, which was informed by earlier interviews with parties who prescribe provide interventions, refined through process, aiming consensus on criteria associated practices. Results: Sixteen participated first round, 13 completing second round. reached five essential domains of Community: consultation customisation, Systems: building partnerships networks, Prescribers: cultivating awareness capacity, Providing prescriptions: psychosocial foundations External settings: interfacing social natural environments. Perceived barriers enablers application were considered within including contextual factors, capacity among prescribers public, role infrastructure support. Conclusion: offers structured approach integrating activities into practices, addressing both individual community needs. It adaptable settings, promoting broader prescriptions. Future research should focus implementing evaluating feasibility effectiveness demographic geographic contexts.

Abstract To advance the theoretical and practical underpinnings for nature therapies, i.e. exposure as a means to improve mental health, we compared most memorable sensory experiences reported by forest tourists in Australia, Chile, China Japan. Sensory are fundamental driver of psychological effects exposure. We first reviewed relevant research from each country language. then conducted 100 on‐site interviews >500 China, compiled 1000 social media posts analysed these datasets using directed‐content qualitative thematic analyses, both original languages translated texts, outcomes country. The key universal: sights plant shapes colours; sounds birdsong, running water rustling leaves; smells flowers, trees, earth; taste temperature clean air water; touch bark rocks. Participants gave detailed descriptions each. These fine‐grained but widespread our principal finding. at scale that is broad enough apply prescriptible therapies any forested region, fine be used future quantitative test therapeutic designs, doses durations. This distinguishes them prior research, either too or therapy design.
