The development of nanofibers with incorporated biologically active molecules a targeted mode action is current research trend. Potential materials for the such systems include poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) and chitosan (CS) nanofibers, which are traditionally fabricated by electrospinning aqueous solutions these polymers acetic acid. To improve drug integration, ethanol was added to binary-solvent system. This results in several important data: noticeable shifts solvent system’s solubility parameter, interaction various component forces, optical rheological properties PVA-CS solution. use electrospun solution also contributes adjusting parameters Teas graph, maintaining “fh − fd” optimal region fabrication nanofibers. Increasing efficiency nanofiber quite difficult due requirements parameters, technological environmental parameters; however, this increased work 2 3 times more morphology. These demonstrate that containing 4% PVA, 3% CS, 15% ethanol, 45% acid increasing productivity, improving morphology diameter without changing chemical bonds. XRD spectrum revealed alterations crystal lattice led variation their thermal tensile properties.
